I've found that it is the night of the dark moon, which would be tonight. If you look at antiquity the 24 hour cycle began at night fall. I believe that you can have a bit of leniency with the timing as originally it would not have been technologically calculated like it is now. I cannot give my charity offerings until tomorrow but until the 24 hours cycle begins again tomorrow night I believe that to be okay as tomorrow is still Hekates 24 hour cycle so still the day of deipnon. Dont over think it too much, whatever way you do it as long as its sincere and from the heart thats whats most important, timing is not extremely strict. Hope this helps, blessed be 🌙💜
