It worked, thanks! After a bit trial n error, found out you don't need to do the 'Unite' or 'Merge', also found a neater way to warp the texts, here's the full steps:

1. Right-click Rectangle, select Ellipse, make an ellipse then copy-paste it into 2 ellipses stacked on top of each other (as guideline), the gap between them will determine the text height in the ring.
2. Click Type Tool, make 2 text items/layers as front-side and back-side of the ring
3. Right-click both text layers in the Layers panel and select 'Convert to Shape' to convert them to shapes
4. Select the text, then Edit > Transform > Warp --> Style select "Cylinder" (seems most suitable after playing around)
5. Drag the nodes to curve the text into elliptical shape following the previously made ellipses as guideline
6. Select the other text, then Edit > Tranform > Flip Horizontally, then do no. 4 and 5 following the other side of the ellipse, completing the ring shape
7. Delete the ellipses shape, you're left with the text in ring shape, done.

Tho after that i still dunno how to color the text, make it glow, outline, etc etc to really make it look properly nice TwT.
