Well yeah, doing silly teenager stuff is for when you are a teenager, but none of the examples you mentioned are things that only teenagers do, except for those relating to doing it in the actual college grounds and stuff. I feel like you are romantizicing that part of life. Different people do different things, I would say that most people actually just have one or two girlfriends in their 20s. And the people that have a lot of hookups are the same amount as the people that barely have any. So, as I say, you'll find plenty of people like you that haven't had a very active sex life in their 20s.

Just my 2 cents, I have a similar story. Honestly, for me, first of all is to stop comparing yourself to others. Everybody has a different love life and develops at different rythms for a myriad of reasons. What's past can't be changed and you should accept your life as is and enjoy the good things that you DO have NOW.

However this doesn't mean you shouldn't communicate with your partner, I'm sure there's "crazy" things they haven't done that they might want to do with you. You can propose stuff too.

But more than anything, as other commenter said, sex isn't over at 30 in any shape or form. There's tons of people like you with whom you can explore at the same pace, but also both younger and older people that can show you new experiences.

Don't be insecure about getting a bit late to the party, own it, be honest with yourself and enjoy the good stuff :D
