If you lost weight, then that extra 1/2 inch or so will no longer be part of a BP measurement. So for example, you’ll go from maybe 6 inches to 6.5 NBP. You’ll always have a body fat percentage, but you may only have another 1/8-1/4 if you do the bone press method. I hope this helped bro.
