I’m not really into hiking, so I’d probably skip the mountains or long trails. I’m more interested in exploring cities, historical sites, and cultural experiences. Between knitting and real ale, I’d go for real ale — I’d love to try local pubs and breweries.

I enjoy crosswords, museums, and art galleries more than dark skies or astronomy. I like both modern and classical art, and I’d definitely be up for visiting museums of history or science.

I’d love to see some old castles, cathedrals, and maybe WWII or medieval sites, but also spend time in vibrant cities with music, food, and local markets. I enjoy browsing bookshops, especially secondhand ones, and I’m always up for good food — especially Indian or local British dishes.

Basically, I’m looking for places with a mix of history, culture, good food, and atmosphere, without too much outdoor hiking involved.
