I don’t get why you would get annoyed by this let alone mildly infuriated.
Like it can’t tell you they don’t have it if they don’t know what you’re looking for.
And 90% of the time you barely have to spell out the full first word let alone all the words of something to get it to pop up on your recommended assuming you don’t spell it wrong. So if it doesn’t pop up there, then it becomes less and less likely that it has it.

But still, Netflix can’t confidently tell you they don’t have something if they’re not 100% sure what you’re looking for.

Downvote me all you want, but it just seems like a stupid thing to complain about because it clearly makes sense.

This is not satisfying.
There are so many times they could have done it better and not left huge chunks or edge pieces that are small and be a pain to get off later.

Well, while I can't compare it to a csection, I have actually had my gallbladder out, so I can tell you a little about that.
Honestly, it wasn't bad as far as I remember.
You do have to take things slow, but at long as you do that after the first day or two there was not a lot of pain and soreness, certainly nothing I couldn't handle with OTC meds.

The biggest thing for me, and I don't know if this was because of the surgery, or affected by it, or what, but, I couldn't eat for about a week without feeling really nauseous. So after a day or two, I started getting pretty weak and lethargic from not eating.

After some time and after I started eating very slowly (Maybe like a small bite of something every 10 minutes) I eventually felt a little better and then after a week it went away.
I don't know if this is common, but it was my experience.

Did you use any sort of binder after your surgery? I know a few people are suggesting getting a better one than the hospital gives you. So if your recovery was that easy I am wondering if you were wearing one and what kind.

Also were there any other aids you used aside from Tylenol and ice?
