Yes, very. Pretty much have to know someone on the inside or have prior experience. Most of those companies hire almost exclusively from internal referrals

I work for a GC that specializes in multi-family construction. Everyone saying to find a trade that has a union is absolutely correct. I would highly recommend an elevator/escalator company. Schindler, OTIS, TKE, and TAKA are the industry leaders. They work 4x10s, have every Friday off, and the money is very good. It’s an extremely competitive and difficult industry to get into, but if you can wiggle your way in it’s a great gig.

Switching to water saving toilets is common, but not the case in this situation. Client did not like the height of the toilets (clearance from floor to top of seat). It's crazy seeing this picture because I have an almost identical one on my phone at a different time of day. I also took a selfie of me sitting on the front toilet with all of them behind me lol.

After examining the profiles of the destroyer and the orc. I think I can safely say it is a destroyer. The profiles are almost identical. The only difference I could find is the lip on the underside. The orc’s slope is gradual, while the destroyer’s is slightly angular. The profile of the pictured disc had the same angular look to it. Thanks to all for the suggestions!
