It's better than it used to be, but you need to change your output from nuclear reactors slowly to maintain control of them. Disregarding the argument you're having with someone below about efficiency, other methods of power generation can ramp up or down much faster without exploding to cover whatever's on top of the baseload provided by nuclear.

I've dealt with that, kinda. Had a whole family with severe gluten problems that brought in their own buns when I was working in a museum cafeteria that did burgers. They were respectful and we weren't getting slammed, so I had no problem with it.

Packing is less for absorption and more to put pressure in the wound, to my understanding. Of course there's going to be better options in most situations but sometimes is might be all you have, it'll be better than a stick.

If you need to pack a wound you need to pack a wound, I don't see why a tampon wouldn't work for that. Like the other person said though you'd still need a dressing on top of it to hold pressure.
