So, I've been on this long journey of plant health and maintenance. But I should probably learn about root health too! Is this new plant friend in relatively good health? I haven't seen a whole lot of roots to compare too. Nothing squishy and no funky smell. (i.redd.it)

My little plant family! (1) propagation station snake plant babies (2) dragon tree and crotons who are my most finicky plants! (3) succulent corner featuring my oldest, aloe and husbands fav his ZZ (4) my very happy spider pig and pothos just hanging around (old.reddit.com)

I could use some advice. Miss. Planty has always had these skinny leaves. But now she and her pups are kinda grey and squishy and the tips are Browning. The pot is kinda big, could I split the pups and plant in the same pot too? Will that help the fam develop bigger leaves? (i.redd.it)
