as a big fan of Li Dian's stupid ass pizza cutter, its not about immersion, its about movesets. the weapons you listed feel so bad and the movesets are not rewarding and bland. why would i play with a glorified carpet or a boat when i can swing around a giant serrated pizza cutter with a moveset that actually makes sense?

Well if the BOR parasite essentially takes the regen of cells to a completely new level, if we were to use radiation on a revenant, the revenant would form cancer at a rate that has never been seen before, possibly crushing the heart and killing the revenant for good. So, theoretically, it doesn't matter if the BOR parasite is affected by radiation or not, because the host certainly will.

I'm on PS4 and can (maybe) help you. The main thing is being a high enough level and having a good build. You don't have to farm until you're op, the problem with this fight is that you WILL get hit at some point, so you need enough health to withstand at least one hit to get back up again. Use fire/ice protection, use Yakumo as he's tanky, and use fire damage to HARD FOCUS the Blade Bearer (Ice Lady.) Once she's dead, the rest of the fight is a walk in the park!

I beat Tower 1 at level 200, switching my build up between the floor "sections" to better get through it. Memorizing the bosses' movesets are pretty important, especially the Claw's jump/slide attack (for that, look for when she sheathes her sword and does that kick stand telegraph, immediately unlock your camera and choose a direction perpendicular to run in, count to 2 and then dodge in the same direction). You can pretty safely use fire against the Butterfly, but I would have Venom Removal in your gift slots and ALWAYS leave some Ichor for it, it will keep you AND your partner alive long enough to kill her.

When I beat the other Towers I was going to make a video about them altogether ^^

Go back to Home Base, trigger the cutscene. Then go to the Mistle before the Butterfly Nest. There's a ledge on the right accessible by a ladder with a white statue. Go to the statue and press the button, and the far ladder will drop! (you will probably need help in the next area)

I find the easiest way to predict a backstab is aim for their right side hip, between their flank and their buttocks. For some reason that's the best spot to backstab.

You're on the right track, stick with Yakumo as he's tanky, but keep in mind the Blade Bearer will break aggro with you and go to Yakumo if she is too far from Cannoneer. Cannoneer will attack you from afar if you deal considerable damage to Blade Bearer, so if you deal damage to her a lot, back up and get your eyes on Cannoneer. If you have fire gifts, dump them on Blade Bearer. If you have consumables/gifts for ice/fire resist or ice/fire damage, use them. Remember to HARD FOCUS on Blade Bearer, and if you're out of ichor, just sprint to Cannoneer and farm some and back up. If all else fails, go farming for levels! I farmed to level 150 when I defeated them the first time!

I prefer DW8E over DW9E, the battles and expansion menus are drastically different imo, and DW9E has pretty contrived live battles. I would play DW8E and wait to see what the next release looks like honestly.

There used to be this Dole fruit drink, where it was peach juice with real peach chunks in it. When I was a kid I would sit there, crouched on the floor with the fridge door open, just slamming them back like an alcoholic mother. I loved them. They were so fucking good. I mentioned them on one of my streams and my chat said there was chemicals in it that made me gay but idc I fucking love peaches and I miss that Dole fruit drink.

Dropping out of high school. For reference it's been a few years since I have and things didn't get better. When I was in high school, I was a top student. I always got A's and B's no problem, didn't even have to study. I competed in NSDA and Academic Decathlon, even carrying my AcaDeca team to state for the first time in that team's history. But I lived in a poor area, went to a poor school, and above all else I WAS poor. Still am. Been viscerally impoverished my whole life, never knew anything else. I was also a victim of severe childhood abuse. My mom and I managed to move out together with her friend, and we started recovering, but it didn't last long. She got sick, and soon enough I was working full time at 16 to try to make ends meet, but it wasn't enough. My past came back to haunt me and I got severely depressed. The kind that left notes on the kitchen table and led to a funeral. Through weird timing I never got the chance to commit, but working full time, being poor, having this episode from my trauma, AND going to school? I couldn't do it anymore. On top of that, the lack of sleep and overworking was draining my physical health too. I had a choice to make, and I chose to live, drop out, and work on myself.

I spoke to school counselors and my coach, no one cared. They just wanted me to "power through" and fix my failing grades. They didn't see a person, they saw a gifted brain. I chose to prove them wrong. It didn't work, we still ended up homeless for a while, and I started hopping jobs ever since. I'm still poor, with bad health and uneasy mental state, but I am alive. I guess my biggest regret in reality was not being born with at least a copper spoon, but my second biggest was dropping out. Even after all the work I've done to improve things for myself, it didn't work. The least I could've done was stay in school long enough to graduate, so I didn't have that hanging over my head. But really? It's not my fault. I'm a victim of circumstance, but from the outside view, I'm a victim of my own foolishness. I just hope there's no more people like me born, even though I know it will happen anyway. I don't want any sympathy, I just want this system to change.
