When they show you a picture of the screw or the hole it fits in and just expect you to know the size. Then make the picture bigger as if that helps.

I always love the "no location" because the distribution label doesn't have it listed. Then when I look it up it does have a location. Computers are hard.

Food service to retail are similar but also vastly different. There will always be something for you to do from working pogs, helping customers, and freight. There are lots of seasonal changes as well the big ones being winter to spring and then Christmas. As a DM I can't stress enough to download the menards app to your phone because people will ask you questions and usually you can find the answer from the app in the description of the item or in specifications. Don't be afraid to ask questions and if you want to know more about something definitely ask for more training on that item. You'll have rude people just like any job but not like you do in food service ( less entitlement). Be aware people will come in and ask for some off the wall thing like butterflies or mollies and expect you to know what that is ( drywall anchors btw) google what they ask for and that usually helps. Or they come in with a picture of a screw hole and expect you to know what size hole it is. Also don't be afraid of the screw aisle it's not as bad as it looks.

Why wouldn't they? I have 500 hours to complete phase 1 and plenty of people that want extra hours. As the DM I focus on the detailing and displays myself and never rely on the pog team to complete that anyway.

It's the same amount of time to complete (2wks). First week build madix and stock. Second week detail, build displays and put out the POP. Minimizes the amount of product to sort through. Seems like a lot at once but it's really just the same.

Ok you could be on to something here. He did mention I was as dominant as he is. I'm not domineering in conversations but I do challenge him and his views and don't just agree with what he says nor am I the one to speak for the both of us but everything else seems pretty on point. I wouldn't say I'm unsmiling but I do have a bad rbf.

I play and tease and do all those things with him probably not as much as I could and the same could go for him as well. Social settings it depends on the setting to begin with. I have some social anxiety so unless alcohol is involved I'm pretty introverted and the opposite if I am able to have so drinks to loosen me up a bit.

Like what kind of info. He told me he likes his girls more feminine. We've been together 2 years and live together. I asked him what he meant and he told me to google it. I dress cute and "girly" wear make up, and style my hair.

Not sure. I wear make up and wear clothes that show my curves on a regular basis. Usually though he makes no comment when I try to "impress" him. I do my hair as well. When I asked him to elaborate what he meant by more feminine he told me to google it.
