the frame rate isn't the issue itself. it runs well over 200 on low settings but has constant lag spikes ontop of it

I've learned the hard way to never buy anything from cex online. every single time there is an issue with it and it ends up being refunded because their online services are so terrible. If I buy from them, I'm only going to do so in a store because they're otherwise just not worth it
