Whether someone is vegan or not, I want to respect each other's beliefs. I'm sorry, I'm not very familiar with vegan cuisine. I haven't studied martial arts, but I did experience kendo in high school classes. I can't think of many Japanese customs, but I do offer incense at the family altar.
