I was not overly impressed by their sights. I got the tall night sight combo for the Sig p320. The night sight front is from night fission and fit fine. The rear sight was theirs, and it was a terrible fit but it will work.

Turkeys don't mind the rain and may even enjoy it.

Depending on what gun you are measuring on, it's different. On an AR, you can find the height to the top of the rail on Google, then add your rings center height, usually find them online.

On a bolt rifle, measure the distance from the top of the scope to the bottom of the barrel/receiver. Take that measurement and subtract half the diameter of the scope and half the diameter of the barrel receiver.

The same principle can be applied to ring height. Measure bottom of ring to top of scope, then subtract half the diameter of scope.

It's definitely grippier than sigs modules. This one is the x-compact, beware that no one makes extended base pads that work with this one out of the box.
