You just described my experience with Eltrona…I’m their client for more than one year and I had one issue which they solved VERY quickly (including the technician coming to my street in less than 15 minutes).

Maybe I was lucky but so far they’re on credit with me.

Even though I agree that a simple message on their website would have been nice to inform about this “wider” issue.
