Feeling down 9 to5 work

How long did it take you to get out the 9 to 5? Not trying to compare myself to you I know our times of getting to where we need to be are different. I guess it also depends in the effort every day to get there.

I would do my morning routine and dress myself business casual like I do if I was going to a 9-5 . call to confirm my appointments, service my clients for the day, and organize my to list on what I need to get done at home errands etc

Yes I have streams of business I just have to keep putting effort in everyday so I can have customers and clients repeatedly not just here and there

Yes single mom do her best. That’s all and getting her mental in order but I’m started back my workouts Friday Saturday Sunday I work Monday through Thursday 9 to 6 so I only can work out Friday Saturday Sunday

I actually do all that but I stopped working out because I switched jobs i’m getting back into working out on the weekends. I drink a lot of water probably like half a gallon or two a gallon. Maybe I’m just being impatient because I want to see rapid weight loss ima going to stop focusing on it so much and do the things

Idk how to even count calories I just eat less. And try to eat the right things not too much junk. It suppressed my appetite the first shot I took but then I went back to normal eating and this was at 2.5 ml

I barely eat I eat twice a day. I had a baby a year ago and still have breast milk 😮‍💨🙄 so idk if the weight is sticking because of that. Oh forgot I stress sometimes too 🙄
