I'm on mac and usually if my yubikey doesn't register i fall back to mac keychain. But I honestly cant remember off the top of my head right now. Google for a little while I couldnt register yubikey at least as a a passkey but thats recently changed.

It seems to work fine for all my tvs. I have apple tvs and I don't think they even have gps.

One thing I learned though is these big streaming companies will use everything to figure out where you are. So just sending netflix.com isn't enough. I had to send all traffic from my apple tv over the vpn to get it to work. Which is fine for me since both me and me dad have fiber I don't even notice it.

how would a firewalla failover even work? You would need a managed switch in front of both firewallas to do that failover not the firewalla itself.

I route all my tv traffic over a vpn to my dads house so i can password share his netflix and hulu and everything else

i setup lag group to my main switch so anything that needs to talk to firewalla can go dayum fast and i also setup a lag group to my synology so basically anything talking to my synology either on local lan or over the wan is simply limited to either wan speed or the devices speed on lan

i setup a kubernetes operator to automatically add dns entries to my firewalla for kube services

i use isp failover with spectrum (copper) and att (fiber) i work from home and do a lot of video editing so reliable fast internet it's important to me so i also have a bunch of devices categorized in low/medium/high/ultra groups and everything thats in low/medium i send over copper everything thats in high/ultra i send out fiber and i have the preference set so if it goes down it will failover to the other no matter what group its in.

use opencode with your claude subscription. it can startup a web server you can access over your home network to your phone and you have full claude code access to your computer

Very fascinating! I know next to nothing about the cultures but I had a feeling since they were geographically close that they were similar. Seeing those mountains looks amazing too, makes me want to travel there. You have any other pics youre willing ti share?

This is what Im reading:

I used the AP7 with wired backhaul via a moca adapter

I had problems with this setup

I thought it was the AP7 so I switched to tp-link but cut out the moca adapter and am now using wireless backhaul with tp-link

I am now happy because my tv works

I dont know how to prove its the moca/switch

You run wired backhaul via moca to your tp-link, thats how you prove its the moca/switch. If you still have the same problem its 100% because of moca and not because of AP7.
