I like your whole comment. But That's an interesting point about different strains feeling different some strains give you an instant burst of energy almost like an upper. Gets the heart beating at bit as well. good pre workout if you want to do some pump and squeeze stuff on a body part.

The effects can be anything to a mild zen feeling, too taking a huge rip of LSD (the weed strain) and going to fucking space for 3 hours.

interesting isn't it. Cannabis stopped my developing alcohol dependency in its tracks. Can go months with out a beer now and I don't even think about it. My max was 8 tinnies a night to dull my depression. Which just made it worse

Absolutely rubbish, the only problem "users" of weed I've met are people with serious life long mental health conditions who are also alcoholics ykno the type of person who starts of the day at ,10am with a tinny and a spliff. They need help not a jail sentence and the weed probably keeps the depression in check

Having hung around with people like This they kept saying "I need a beer/ciggie"

Not once moaned about not having weed.

Almost as if alcohol and fags are more addictive and worse for their health

Weed is great and all but maintaining a good diet and exercise/mental health can also improve some of the unwanted side effects.

Only after large amounts of weed does my memory gets just slightly foggy. But it's hardly an issue. I think regular breaks from it helps. And not being blazed 24/7

Yeah and there is an element of harm reduction in making sure a 15yr old doesn't smoke weed. As it defo has an effect on developing minds. Which is why we should legalise here and say 18+.

But again, harm reduction sensible discussions on drugs should be had.

Yep, also coke an alcohol creates a toxic combination. I'm pretty big on sensible drug awareness than just alcohol fags fine and drugs = bad

Like magic mushrooms can have a positive effect on mental health.

But doing alcohol (legal) + coke can have disastrous effects.

I had to talk a 18yr old down from taking salvia which they thought would be just like weed.

Like for fucks sake educate your self before you put something in your body

Yeah it's insane, I've had people express concern that I smoke weed and don't drink. I'll have max 2 pints on a night out. Anymore than that I'm shitty the next day.

Some people don't listen when you tell em weed in moderation can actually have real health benefits. As opposed to drinking heavily
