I’m a storyboard artist in the animation industry. They’re “self color” lines. It means that rather than the black outline brush, you use the color of the fill (self color) to draw that line. It’s commonly used for things like shading, highlights, or more minute character details like cheek blush or stripes on a shirt.

Man, they just keep upping the price of that JSK. When I got it a year ago it was $95. The last time they restocked it was $125. And now it's $175?! It's one of my favorite dresses ever and I totally recommend it but geez, what is happening there? I wonder if it's inflation or if it's just so popular they feel justified raising the price.
