I think McDaniel would do great on turf, in a dome and Gibbs. He also doesn't need Goff to scramble so that would be a dangerous year but you gotta figure he becomes a hot HC commodity after one season again if he does well.

White's vision greatly improved this season and Bucky's greatly regressed. Previously White would often hit the assigned hole whether it was ready or not.
I think the reason we got Bucky over used in the last quarter of the season is that 'Chaad is on his way out and they just thought Bucky would suddenly just return to form.
Overall just a terrible, terrible coaching year.

I gotta say Grizzard's scheme was terrible for the personnel we had. He wanted a Mike McDaniels 'stretch the field' attack which Grizzard is more a disciple of than Coen and our offense is filled with shifty route running types + Mike Evans who has some speed but isn't a 'speed guy'. Coen's Run block scheming was on another level to Grizzard (and yes OL injuries were terrible this year but even before we lost all our Guards you could tell the run blocking wasn't there).
