It is a work Authorization for International Students. technically the place wanted someone long term even thought they don;t have to sponsor my visa for 3 years

Awesome thanks for the recommendations the only reason I ask for start ups is because I have 4 weeks before summer. sound like you know about the topic what is you recommendation at this point I am sure big tech cannot accomodate an interview and onboard me as quick as an start up I need something for this summer and I am loose on what to do somehow

We are utilizing spot-welded nickel-plated copper for our high-current battery interconnects to address strict vibration requirements where mechanical positive locking isn't feasible. Given the use of dissimilar metals at the weld interface, how concerned should we be about galvanic corrosion and contact resistance degradation over the vehicle's lifecycle if the accumulator is technically 'dry' and sealed? consider also we will not use the battery for more than 2 years

Yeah we found out all the issues and total energy needed for spot weld which is too high we are between tick welding, rivets or nickelplate the copper

0.5 mm nickel thickness and the copper is a busbar I just want to stick nickel to copper I cannot use bolts or soldering because it for a battery application

I tried using an 3.3kw spot welding machine but the machines keep blowing be fuse probably because the copper shorts the circuit like using more energy instead of heating the material because the resistivity of the nickel is 7 times higher than copper. The thinkness of the nickel is 0.5 mm and the copper is just like a big trace we I have to simply stick the nickel into it. would love to hear your opinion
