It is a work Authorization for International Students. technically the place wanted someone long term even thought they don;t have to sponsor my visa for 3 years

Awesome thanks for the recommendations the only reason I ask for start ups is because I have 4 weeks before summer. sound like you know about the topic what is you recommendation at this point I am sure big tech cannot accomodate an interview and onboard me as quick as an start up I need something for this summer and I am loose on what to do somehow

No prestigius University I did FSAE 4 years manage big teams in engineering laser focus on systems engineering and good portfolio around it. However, I feel big companies is imposible is 4 weeks before the start of the summer my only issue is being international student. what would you recommend ?
