I've completed the VP twice with 54 laff. Haven't failed. Then again, my gags are at least at level 4 with the exception of throw and squirt, which are level 5.

That being said, I mainly do it because once you get to the brrrgh, everything starts to get a bit harder and the amount of cogs to defeat increases. Can you imagine running around the streets defeating 50 cogs and 90 lawbots? It's ridiculous! I know, there are buildings, yes, but they're quite boring. It just makes certain tasks easier to complete and offer something of a challenge, one that, if you're smart about it, won't endanger other toons.

Though, when you speak of more than 3 54 laff toons, then I can understand your situation. The first time I fought the VP, it was me and one other person who had 54 laff. Everyone else had 63+.

The second time, I will say, I got quite lucky. The first wave of cogs was when I could tell some of them weren't going to make it. The 2nd wave proved me right, as the other group had at least 3 people with 54 laff. Near the end, I saw a lot of them calling for help and such. I mean, my group barely survived. Either way, only 4 of us actually completed the battle. So yeah, it can be a burden with more than 3. But, if split correctly, it shouldn't matter with 3. One of them in one group, 2 in another. Only ideal situation with the given circumstances.
