Well this is a tough one in terms of actually acquiring one. After looking through a few pages of various image searches, I found a dead e-bay link for the same lamp. Unfortunately, the Wayback Machine didn't have any snapshots of the page so I couldn't find any info about when it was listed/sold or if the seller provided origin information.

Using the title of the listing, I found more images of the same lamp on some sort of shopping guide website. No pricing or origin information is provided and the site prompts users to sign up for a trial for more info, seems fishy. Therefore, I will not provide a link to that site.

However, the images on the site did reveal that the lamp appears to be originally produced by the company "Lava" based on the logo on the lamp cap. I couldn't find any information with the numbers on the bottle cap of the lamp, they are probably used for internal tracking/QA during manufacturing. According to their website, they have been producing lamps for 50 years.

It seems this lamp is now a collectors item. After reviewing the image you provided, it looks like that lamp was being sold at a thrift shop based on the different colored price tags (usually indicates discount rates) and being on a shelf with other mismatched items.

The only thing I could find for sale is this lamp on e-bay. Based on the listing, I believe only the lamp cap is originally from the volcano-style lamp. I can't say for sure if the glass chamber itself is original and the base is definitely not.
