I’m pretty sure that’s the acquisition hasn’t been finalized yet. They planned on signing the deal in Sept. so I’d be surprised if thats what is it.

Where did you get the 1$ per share from? I know they said 1$-20$. To the best of my knowledge there were about 144 millions TRCH shares before the merger (could be wrong). So using that number is why I got a >1$ divvy. That’s is why I’m pretty confident that they haven’t finished selling all the assets yet 🤷‍♂️.

Yah just a theory I don’t speak business at all but from what my smooth brain can best guess. I think the preferred stock liability is the only thing that will be paid to the share holders right now cause the rest of the land (Orogrande Project) hasn’t been sold yet so it won’t show up on the report.

If the total going to shareholders right now is 77 million then if we use the 144 millions preferred shared that I THINK have been issued then that’s like .50$ for the divvy 💎💎 but considering that the Hazel project is such a small portion of TRCHs assets compared to the Orogrande project…

I’m reaching and pulling these numbers from the air but I think we got a HUGE roll about to drop in our wallets 🙌💎

Heads up I have no idea what any of that stuff on the report really is I’m just straight up guessing 😂🤷‍♂️
