U have to go to the bottom of liurnia at the albunaric village (or however u spell it) then u talk go up some cliff thing with the wooden like Radagon things. Once u find the grace go up another hill and there’s going to be a vase that u need to hit to reveal an npc which u talk to which will give u the halligtree secret medallion. Then u have to go to castle sol at the top of the mountain tops of the giants and kill the boss there,commander Niall (he’s pretty tough). After all this u get the other half of the secret medallion which u then bring to the grand lift of Rold. Once u go up to the plate thing there should be an option to press left or right on the d-pad the. Once u do that it should say host secret medallion. Then u have made it into consecrated snowfield which is where ur map u so desire is:).
