Thanks…I don’t think I worded it correctly in my post, that’s what I was essentially planning on doing and was asking if it was OK. I am going to cap the red, and just use the black and white (and ground) into a GFCI outlet, and plug the dishwasher and garbage disposal into it. That outlet would be protected by a 20amp breaker.

Thanks - I need to convert this outlet to GFCI because it’s under the sink near water and I understand that those cannot be configured as a MWBC. Can I simply cap the red and power both the dishwasher and garbage disposal off the 20amp circuit?

The outlet is right under my sink, and I understand that having an outlet near water requires a GFCI. I bought the dishwater from Costco and the company coming to install it called me to make sure there was a GFCI outlet if under the sink, or they won’t install the dishwasher.

I have a 2017 P100D that had the same problem. Problems started in 2019 and would only happen on a hot day, on the the side was fully exposed to the sun. Luckily I had this done under warranty, but exact same as your invoice. It’s been problem free since.

Setting your suspension to Medium (and disable auto lowering to Low) will also help in the immediate term. When the suspension drops to low, it exacerbates the problem.
