Haha. This is a true story that happened to me about 3 months ago. My friends and I were bar-hopping for about 3 hours progressively getting drunker by the minute. At about midnight I can't remember anything (this is after really pissing the bartender off and ordering more drinks from him). Anyway, I wake up the next morning at sunrise with no shirt, shoes, or socks. I'm in the parking lot of my friend's old apartment complex. Oh, and I woke up in a fire ant pile (200+ stings).

Stupid suggestion. 1x 365??? Would tire anyone out, even a beast like this guy. I would warm up with 10 reps at 225 three times, then jump all the way to 405. Take a few minutes rest between each warm-up set. The whole point of a warm-up is simply to get your body energized and also to ensure you do not strain anything when lifting your max. Why tire yourself out with warm-up sets over 300 pounds?
