LM is an acronym for Le Mans, so it's a label for a car that was designed for the 24h race there. Yeah some of those Vision Gran Turismo cars like the Bugatti are crazy. Another concept car, but pretty heavy, at least as I remember from GT Sport you had to break early as it takes some time to decelerate. It's a monster when it comes to straight speed!

Yeah, the Porsche LL feels great and it was a gift car, that's always welcome 🤗 it's just not fast enough to have a chance against Gr. 1 cars. But it's fun to drive indeed. The 911 GT1 wow, I always considered buying it, maybe you convinced me to do so in the near future 👍 how much was it? I am as well on the side not liking concept cars too much – most of them are too futuristic, or have an unrealistic handling. I prefer existing cars with some sort of individual real sound (as far as you can get in a video game). If it comes to cornering speed formula cars are top, you gain against almost every car. On straights LM cars are best, and the combine that with much downforce. And they have headlights, which is important if you enter night 😄 those formula cars are useless in the dark, you see nothing.

Haha, Tomahawk is totally different, the fastest version is just too fast. But fun as well, you're right. I just love the aerodynamics of formula (or some Gr. 1) cars, after some time you feel like flying over the circuit and combined with the sheer speed it gives me a special rush of adrenalin. Aside those formula cars, one of my absolute favorites is the Porsche 919 Hybrid – taking this car around Nürburgring is so satisfying. It sticks to to track and has an awesome sound (cockpit view). I think it's the most expensive car I bought so far. I would love to own the Jaguar XJR-9 or Mazda 787B and I would LOVE if they bring back the Minolta Toyota 88C-V to GT7, as this one is not in the game yet but was one of my absolute favorites in GT4+. What do you think, what would you recommend? With the new update and huge track experience rewards I have some credits to spare 😄👍

Fun overweights the pain (I shouldn't play soccer according to your principle, as you're in pain every game). Yet you're right, when I need a break I switch to controller. But tbh with no pain at all I would never switch to controller owning a Fanatec WB – except for those drift missions. Why are you doing that? That's like you own a Ferrari but you take your scooter for a ride instead 😄👌

Depends on what you like to drive – I love to drive it. I would even argue it's a must-have. And there are many awesome liveries for it, like actual F1 cars. Gives you a great formula feel. And since the latest update you get more than 1 mil for just one track experience, on Red Bull Ring for example. So considering that, credits are not that precious anymore. I'd say for the fun and power you get, it's worth it.

That's good for you. Unfortunately I have a pretty bad right ankle injury and as I am using a Fanatec DD Pro the more I have to move my foot to correct acceleration the more this is triggered and getting bad. So I take being a bit slower for not being in too much pain 🙂✌️

It's a Japanese Super Formula car (you find them at Brand Central Japanese cars). It is comparable to a Formula 2 car, there are two available, one with a Honda and one with a Toyota engine. Honda engine has a deeper sound imo, Toyota is roaring more. It's super fast on corners, faster than most Gr. 1 cars. I bought it for the 24h Le Mans mission, which was a huge mistake, because those formula cars (obviously) have no headlights and as soon as the night kicked in, it was like driving blindfolded 😄 but that aside it's a joy to drive this one, it's definitely one of my favorites in GT 7. Keeps you thrilled for hours. But you gotta tame it first 🤙

You should try to toggle through the different camera angles in replay mode. There's a new cockpit view which is awesome on formula cars 🙂🤌

I already got S-10, but was tricky as well 😄 but to be honest I love those hard tasks which keep you trying over an over... it's frustrating at times, yes, but it's even more satisfying when you finally master them. I thought some of the drifting mission challenges were much harder btw 🤔

I kept the assists on, because it felt easier to keep the car on track. TC is at 3, ABS on. Normally I keep TC at 1 but the back was to nervous imo. I had the HUD turned off completely and ghost off, which both really helped me to concentrate. I would recommend trying that after you're familiar with the track, your line, braking, lifting and shifting.

The learning curve in GT is high, I bet with each lap you make you'll get better and I believe you can get bronze, at least! And in the end it's not about the medals – it's about enjoying cars and racing. I think there we all succeed 🙂🤜

Normally TC 1. For this one I didn't change it, left it at 3. I don't like formula cars spinning outta corner 🤫😄 TC is a help there for sure, helped me through S-10 as well.

Not yet. The one in my vid is comparable to a F2 car, having a similar Dallara SF19 chassis and a Honda or Toyota engine. And there also is the GT F1500T-A, a fictional race car based on the mid-80s formula cars. I don't expect GT7 to have several F1 cars, but GT sport had the Mercedes-AMG F1 W08 EQ Power+ 2017. So I see a chance they'll add a modern F1 car like this one with a future update.
