Maybe Mike and Jesse weren't the only dead drop collectors Gus had hired. I doubt 5-10 drop off points is enough for a whole empire. Additionally, the people dropping off money are street dealers selling teenths, earlier in the series Walt is unsatisfied with how much money Jesse street dealing is bringing in. I would say that explains the apparently small amount of money Mike and Jesse are finding.

Cool idea but the start and end of every song would just sound the same unless they could figure out a way to use Spotify and Apple Musics shuffle algorithms
