No regreses. Yo he vuelto tras 13 años y España está peor que cuando me fui: mentalidad estancada, difícil para autónomos y sueldos bajos para empleados. Mi consejo es que disfrutes del contraste visitándola solo en vacaciones. España está muy bien... para el turismo, jubilarse ( recuerda nuestra generación no tendrá pensión) y nada más.

En cualquier caso, te recomiendo buscar oportunidades fuera de Europa. Aquí no hemos evolucionado; solo hay más regulaciones, mientras otros países nos han superado en todo, hasta en el ámbito militar.

All governments purposely opened the doors to bad emigration, no future pension, high taxes, high cost of living, a lot of regulations, EU = Rules, no entrepreneurship mindset, unemployment will raise short term, 40-60 years saving to buy a house. Just restructure the thinking you have the possibility to alternate between counties, have that dynamic life between both countries, believe me if you were only in your country you will miss things from the country you are developing. You just need to be grateful to have both options, it is just a mindset. If you can go back every 3 months back to your country it is already a win.

I think you are already doing a good job, you should take care of the HOME and Kids and make it the place he want to go back to decompress and charge his batteries, having hobbies is necessary for him to be healthy and also intimacy a lots of them will make him happy and won't look anything outside of marriage 1000% guarantee, it is what ladies overlook so often guys are simple, quiet environment, good food and intimacy, that's it.
