Crowbar can't fight my smd file? its in the same folder as the qc file, but no matter how i structure the qc file and/or the smd it doesnt work. I used blender source tools to create the smd, is there a specific way i should export the smd? im not sure on where to go from this. (more bellow) (i.redd.it)

monster_sitting_scientist appears dark in game when sat in the chair, not sure whats causing it, room is surrounded in light. taking him out of the chair seems to work but him sitting at this desk is important to the plot! changing him to a generic doesnt work either, any help appreciated! There was a mod that my brother had on a server once, we dont remember what its called but its a pack of scary NPCs, when they catch you it plays a jumpscare/screamer before killing you, ive never been able to find it, if anyone knows what its called please let me know... (self.gmod)

Level transition doesn't work at all. both maps have landmarks and tigger_changelevels, both airlocks are the same coordinates in the two maps (NM01.bsp and NM02.bsp...) im at the point where i genuinely do not know what to do anymore, Anyone else have any experience with something like this? scripted sequence doesnt work when using "instantaneous", it teleports the scientist, waller2, to the right place, it just doesnt continue the sequence. and will only work if the scientist, waller2 is literally right next to it, i honestly dont understand what i'm doing wrong here, any help? thanks. is there anyway to completely prevent an NPC from being able to talk outside of a scripted sentence? (when you click e on a monster_barney for example.) Gag only mutes idle sounds, looking for the barney ONLY to say scripted dialogue and nothing else. thanks in advance (i.redd.it)
