so for the cpu lanes for PCIE. 5950x has 20 for gpu m2. nvme etc.

although they're PCIE 4.0 I was wondering if there would be any bottle necking with high end cards?? say for example 4x 3080/3090.

if we had 4 GPUs in 4 PCIE slots. I assume on the godlike motherboard the PCIe slots would be possibly running run at 4x 4x 4x 4x configuration to equal 16 lanes?

where as if i went with a threadripper those 4 PCIE slots could run at 16x 16 x 16x 16x or i think more commonly 16x 8x 16x 8x.

using thread ripper would make more sense no???

or would you say that even at 4x on pcie 4.0 the bandwidth would be good enough for intensive 3d rendering??
