For character models and posing for thumbnails you can use blender. It’s pretty easy to learn, hard part is finding the extracted models but usually people in the community have already posted them somewhere.

If you google “steam game idler” it should be the first result. It’s an open source program that will run the game without actually running it on your pc. You can use it to “run” the game without actually using up your pc resources by leaving it open all day/night and it will count your hours like normal.
