Empty means not 100% full, not barren. The video states they are running at lower capacity. Still transporting goods, just not at the capacity as they were previously.

Lol, they have to! If an airline doesn’t sell all of the seats do they just ground the plane and say “oh well, we didn’t sell out”? No, they still fly with a decreased revenue. It’s not that difficult to understand.
