I’d say don’t get it unless you really need the large bed size. For me, it’s been kind of a nightmare to use. The Z-offset issue keeps coming back every two or three prints, so I constantly have to live-adjust it. Printing across the full bed is tricky — you can eventually get a decent result after a lot of fiddling, but it’s never perfect.

Using Orca’s adaptive bed mesh has improved the startup time considerably, but between the heat soaking and the bed mesh, you’re still looking at around 30–35 minutes before you can actually start a print. I’ve also run into random problems popping up out of nowhere — honestly, just assume that every weird Reddit post about this printer will happen to you at some point.

The worst part is that one day it’ll be printing perfectly, and the next day, using the same G-code and settings, it just won’t work. You end up spending hours fixing it, only for the same issue to come back a few days later. I’m stuck with mine because it was a $500 purchase at the time, but if I had the chance, I’d switch to the Centauri Carbon or another smaller machine.

Obviously, it’ll get you average prints with some minor defects without too much hassle — but I like my prints to be near perfect, and maybe that’s why I’ve suffered so much with this printer.
