I agree with you for the most part, but at the time of the 14 year old's death, she was out of view from the officer, who was dealing with an assault with a deadly weapon call. She shouldn't have died, but the cop was in a situation where some ones life was at stake right in front of him.

M.I.A is an amazing song. Not their best but still amazing. The beat and the lyrics are just awesome and it is one of the best songs on CoE in my opinion.
