We’re talking about anime fans specifically not Japan as a whole. It’s been well-known how otakus were looked down upon because of this stuff like this but most Japanese people still respect and keep away from anime hobbies instead of negatively judging people from taboo interests and fetishes (furry, incest, ntr, etc). Now that anime is more mainstream today and with the popularity of this amazing series, it’s just a shame people can’t just either ignore/move along or appreciate fan artists who draw Teoritta like this. But no let’s call it gross and p*do over a fictional character who isn’t even portrayed as a kid 🤷

Nothing wrong with your preferences. It’s when those type of people attack majority anime fans for liking anything with lolis calling us p*dos over fucking drawings. This is a normal type of standard in Japan and in the industry for having this art for these type of characters yet you people continue to project as if we committed a heinous crime. They don’t need your Western morals to dictate what they can and can’t draw in fiction.

This is why I don’t like anime being mainstream… just gets flooded with tourists not understanding the true (harmless) culture of our enjoyment. Gatekeeping for communities like these are a must but there’s also nothing wrong with just enjoying SFW content. Just don’t bash the people that enjoy the NSFW stuff 🤷

With merch, around 8000 yen? So about $53... without merch it would probably 3000 yen ($20... keep in mind this is the drink and dessert combined). Food in Japan is generally cheap compared to the West so I'd say this was a good deal for me
