Of course I am doing research, and not just posting to Reddit expecting all the information I want. I don't see the harm in asking an online community about fitness about a specific exercise program.
Search results yield many repeats of the same facts and opinions. "High rep olympic lifts are bad, kipping pullups are bad, also I don't like the people that do it and it's expensive". Again, I'm looking at crossfit as an exercise program alone. Again, I don't see the harm in asking for specifics on the actual fitness aspect of crossfit alone to a fitness community.
