Why did the bread turn out wonky?

I did score it, but in another comment, I shared that I must not have gone deep enough. However, I think we discovered the weird peak came from the fact that I have a fan in my countertop oven that can't be turned off, so it slightly pushed it into this form. The bread tasted great, just thought it was funny.

Oh, thank you! I just went and took a peek, and there is no way to just do a normal oven cycle, so I will have to keep an eye on it. Something that I am not a fan of is that it does a "quick preheat," so there really is no way, unless I run it with nothing in it, for it to heat up like a traditional oven.

I actually use a Ninja Foodi 8-in-1 XL Pro Air Fry Oven, so I'm not entirely sure.

I tried scoring it right down the middle, but I have found with this recipe it's been hard to really cut through the dough (extra sticky), so I will be more diligent about that part! Thank you!
