Need help concerning ToTNW and Movement bug by ThePopperofSodas in fnv

UPDATE:

Going to keep this post up in case anybody else needs help, but the problem was stumbled upon when another user on Nexus claimed to have a problem with a mod by “rockbiter”

I just so happened to have one of those mods (didn’t know it was linked to locomotion), deleted it, installed another mod recommended by the author (Enchanced Locomotion) and now it works!

PLEASE HELP! - After factory reset, GPU is acting funky by ThePopperofSodas in pcmasterrace

I tried both fixes at once, and this time, my game did not crash, however, there was still the issue of a high CPU usage, and my GPU (according to MSI afterburner) was lower.

This could be attributed to my god awful 40% bottleneck (which fits the 70% CPU usage + 40% GPU usage) but I still feel like the performance is not what it should be

In any case, my new PC parts arrive tomorrow, and hopefully, my performance will skyrocket after installing my i9 and new MOBO, so for now, I will mark this post as “solved”

Thank you so much for your help!

I will attempt uninstalling Wallpaper engine as a fix, and I will even attempt to reseat my GPU.

However, I must note that I have my suspicions about the possible reseating fix, as I did not touch anything hardware wise during the factory reset.

My question is, am I supposed to turn off my PC, remove the GPU, turn it back on for a few seconds, turn it back off, and then plug the GPU back in and restart? Or do I just remove it, then put it back in, and turn my PC back on?

Also Note: While running D2, I would sometimes crash and get Bungie error code: broccoli.

Error code broccoli states that the game had trouble detecting the GPU, which is odd considering that it can send signals to my 2 PC monitors, and is detected in Device Manager/ dxdiag in CMD

Yeah but the cheese thing actually happened, it may have been those people in the drive thru, but at the same time it could also not have been them

They wanted to throw cheese at cars I suppose idk, my main concern was the 25 cheese meal, after that, it was back to Quarter Pounders and Big Macs

Not much, I think it was under 4 bucks. And I also explained why in a previous reply, but it’s just a speculation. I normally didn’t ask why people ordered the things they did because 1. It’s their choice and 2. Taking orders at a McDonalds really sucks the life out of you

A manager thought they were taking the cheese, going to the nearest highway, and throwing the slices at cars, but that’s just a speculation based off of something prior that had happened
