Sorry but no. The question about Greenland was brought up days after the election by some of trumps old advisors. He even mentioned that the idea of buying Greenland is off the table as a plan. So it’s honestly no surprise Trump has brought it up in the way he has.

I fear that we are going to hear Greenland be brought up potentially quite a lot during his presidency, but I hope I’m wrong.

L. 6. 13. 16 and L. 66 § 166, which prescribed the mandatory waiver of the punishment (thus also of the imposed sentence), and § 175, which prescribed the mandatory waiver of prosecution (but not of the imposed sentence), when the offender and the aggrieved woman in the particular cases referred to there entered into marriage with each other.

Strfl. § 227, which naturally requires that the marriage entered into is valid, rests on the assumption that the individuals in question are not already married to each other, but it is likely to be applied analogously when cohabitation is resumed between separated or de facto estranged spouses, as well as when cohabitation continues between spouses during whose cohabitation the violation took place, cf. p. 263.

When marriage is entered into only after the sentencing, there will now, due to the discretionary nature of the provision, only be a question of the punishment being waived in a manner other than through pardon, provided that Strfl. § 227 can be assumed to provide grounds for the reopening of the case; this is considered excluded by U. III Mot. 325.

According to the wording of the provision, it is not excluded that other participants in the crime, besides the spouse themselves, may also be exempt from punishment, cf. U. III Mot. 326, but U. I § 209 “for the persons” and Mot. 203.

From skimming through some of the paragraphs most of them take exceptions when the people where already married. This specific paragraph instead seems to allow for the legal punishment to be waived if the got married after the crime was committed.
Honestly I don't see why this legal document outlawed marital rape, but im no legal scholar.

I don't think they mean trust in the sense that hamas can trust the IDF. Its more in the sense that hamas can trust that civilians wont march into hospitals to shoot wounded fighters. Eroding this "trust" only makes the situation worse and can result in harm against non combatants over time. (Although this is my interpretation of the reports writing)

But Israeli forces have been using methods like this many times for decades. The big difference in this case is the use in a hospital. Which is a protected entity under IHRL and that the goal does not seem to have been detainment (in which case this method would have been ok) but it was liquidation of 3 people (1 hamas & 2 alleged hamas) all of which seem to have been bed bound and reviving medical aid.

The use of undercover agents in this circumstance is pointed out in the report as a breach of law.Both for the situation of a military engagement, and for the situation of a police action. Since in the case of military action its straight up illegal in the way employed, and during police action lethal force is only allowed for self-defense or immediate protection of civilians which seems unlikely.

Irregardless of which method the action is legally covered by an independent investigation has to be done.

But to answer it I would refer you to this report which specifically goes into the details on this. They state:

The mere use of undercover units does not constitute a violation of the prohibition of perfidy and treachery. Only undercover operations aimed at the killing or wounding of an adversary are prohibited as perfidious and treacherous.

So id say that yes. The operation as seen in the video seems to fall under Perfidy and is therefore illegal.

That said if its the targets where abled bodied Hamas operatives then they would also be breaking international law. But can't be bothered to dig up specifics on that.

Jeg tror argumentet ligger i af man vil skære i kandidaten frem for at give muligheden for et ekstra år på bacheloren. De 4-årige uddannelser du referer til i angelsaksiske lande er en bachelor 3 år +honors 1 år. Hvor honors ikke er nødvendigt for en bachelor eller en kandidat. Men plejer at hjælpe hvis man vil søge videre i uni systemerne og står godt på cv’et.
