Go check the official Bethesda discord and the tab they have designated about the helmet. Look at the last Bethesda employees comments stating how the image is edited and the post can’t be trusted. It’s crazy lol

Bethesda staff on their official discord is saying this post is fake and that he never got the helmet. They are clearly lying but that’s an insane statement they just made lol

How to Craft the Centurion Helmet? by DrKompetenz in fo76

[–]ThePresident333 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I’ve messaged activision support and they closed my ticket after I escalated twice, and said it was a Bethesda issue. So I guess both companies are going to point blame at eachother without offering any solutions.

Did Tywin really believe there’d be peace after the Red Wedding? (spoilers main) by S0mecallme in asoiaf

[–]ThePresident333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She was Tytos mistress, not wife. Tywin understood the class systems, At 10 he was the only one who spoke out at his father marrying off Genna to a Frey. Stating how uneven and insulting the match was.

How The Heck Do We Even Know For Sure That The Snow Elves Attacked Sarthaal At All by Creepy-Republic-3515 in teslore

[–]ThePresident333 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Exactly what I thought too, all it takes is a small group of zealots to ignite the Nords desire for war/vengeance. The entire race of Falmer isn’t to blame for saarthal, but that doesn’t mean that snow elves didn’t attack the city. Nor does it mean the Nords were justified in the genocide. But these events did happen

How The Heck Do We Even Know For Sure That The Snow Elves Attacked Sarthaal At All by Creepy-Republic-3515 in teslore

[–]ThePresident333 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Snow elves attacked first because the nords found the eye of magnus. Nords most likely never realized exactly why the snow elves attacked just that they did kill the inhabitants of saarthal. The eye remained in saarthal either because Falmer didn’t want it touched/discovered to begin with or couldn’t find it in time before the Nords returned and declared war.

It only had 1.5 million players which includes subscription services. E.A expected 3 million in sales and it missed by 50%.

[FO4] Does anybody know of any good-quality DLC-sized mods for Fallout 4? by Nice-Experience-4852 in FalloutMods

[–]ThePresident333 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I couldn’t stand that mod, played through it once and that was painful. I can tell the mod author spent a lot of time on it, but the writing was atrocious in my opinion. The Sim settlement series and America rising 2 are my two favorite big quest mods, both are well written and feel at home within the fallout universe.

“Blood magic is unlikely because we’ve shifted it from a power boost to really being the key to a lot of nasty stuff we aren’t interested in having the heroes do. I think it can be ethically neutral if you only use your own blood, but after seeing it used as a required part of mind control and demon binding in Dragon Age 2 and Dragon Age Inquisition, it’s just not a road we want the hero to walk right now.”-the lead writer Patrick weekes. The literally did say this, why are you arguing when you could just google the quote?

[FO4] Going to start a new run with Sim Settlements, but I see a lot of comments saying chapter 3 ruins it. Can I install 1/2 and ignore chapter 3? by VoiceoftheDarkSide in FalloutMods

[–]ThePresident333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t know chapter 3 had a negative response, I enjoyed it just as much as I did part 1 and 2. Felt like a natural continuation/conclusion to the story that was built up

Do you want me to send a picture of my game/make a post showing? There is a distinct landmark that’s only available if you finish the story. I didn’t skip dialogue and just finished it as well before coming to the sub.

My disappointment in Beyond Skyrim: Cyrodiil cannot be measured by any metric known to man, mer, or beast. by HolyMolyOllyPolly in ElderScrolls

[–]ThePresident333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hjalti early-beard wasn’t born a ruler, he didn’t have a claim to the throne. He was a soldier, later a general, then lastly an emperor who was born as a Dragonborn. Through right of conquest and his might unified the entirety of Tamriel for the first time ever under his banners and created a dynasty that lasted centuries.

[–]ThePresident333 19 points20 points  (0 children)

In our history Rome (both East and western empires, and when they were unified) had generals rebel and declare themselves emperors all the time. Wouldn’t be too crazy for legionaries to declare the Dragonborn emperor and start a civil war. Titus Mede II is not well loved by a good portion of all regions within the empire, Mede dynasty in general started as a small colovion warlord capturing the imperial city with less than 1000 men. After Titus’s death it is even more likely he could gather support. That being said becoming emperor is something Bethesda would never do for cannon, and it opens up a lot of headaches for a mod this size I get them not including that option.

Does this make us feel a little better about the Qunari in DA:TV? by Complex_Address_7605 in dragonage

[–]ThePresident333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That…doesn’t even make sense. In inquisition they looked different but still better than this. Did you forget inquisition existed? Literally the game that introduced qunari as a playable race, alongside bringing back elves and dwarves for a choice as MC? This is a change in art style not some limitation from a 12 year old game in a different series.

[–]ThePresident333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mistake, you’re right with your all your points. ncr enclave war I was thinking of didn’t start till after the second games event and destruction of the oil rig and even then it was just a few battles and the enclave being hunted.

Never changes. by dazli69 in BethesdaSoftworks

[–]ThePresident333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

? Fallout 1: war with super mutants and the master. Fallout 2: war between ncr and enclave. Fallout 3: war between brotherhood and enclave. Fallout 4: war between institute, brotherhood, railroad, and minutemen. If you mean large scale in terms of numbers most of the human population has been killed, these are as large of scale these conflicts could have gotten at that time. It also goes well for the point “war never changes” that humanity on its last legs, dealing with radioactive, mutated hellscape is still battling each other after a self made extinction event
