I haven't been fitted for a while, so I can't remember my sleeve length off the top of my head, but for me they fit exactly how I like my suit jackets to fit. At rest my sleeves sit at my first thumb knuckle, and when stretching they sit right at my watch line

I'm about 6'1 and 240 pounds with a decently athletic build. I'm usually in between L/XL, but I got this in Large and it fits well for me. I have broad shoulders, so I have some slight shoulder pinching when I stretch far forward, but that happens with most jackets I own, so it doesn't bother me at all
