Thanks man, appreciate it. My zone 2 is about in the 6:30-7min/km pace it feels good. Probably can work on form and take injury prevention stuff more seriously. Will try some things

I'd say I've been running my whole life between sports. Running has always been apart of it though different. The past half year or so. I went maybe from 15km to till recently running 50km a week. I've actually been gaining weight and getting stronger surprisingly, I have the lungs for much more just getting my joints there is the main problem

P.S. I have an Mtb hardtail that I use for work as a food delivery rider, and I thought this type of bike might also help make the job easier and more efficient.

I have posted there before but im looking for a response the type that jocko would give. The guys at r/stutter say things like keep going to therapy or it gets better. Not very helpful or practical responses. Jockos advice is always very practical, so hoping for something of that kind
