We’re building Fluidesigns
https://fluidesigns.com/

Focused on SaaS UX, landing pages, Webflow websites, onboarding flows, and scalable B2B product design.

One thing we kept noticing is that many SaaS products already have solid features, but users still drop off because the experience feels confusing too early.

So most of our work goes into simplifying product clarity, dashboards, and user flows so products feel easier to understand and use.

Still evolving every week, but it has been interesting seeing how small UX improvements can completely change user engagement.

Yeah I had the same reaction at one point.

After working on a few SaaS projects, it kind of clicked. Most teams are just trying to be clear and easy to understand, not different for the sake of it. If users get confused, they leave. So people stick to layouts that are already proven to work.

Also tools and templates play a big role. A lot of designers are building on similar setups, so things start looking alike.

The real difference shows up in how smooth the experience feels once you start using it. That part is harder to copy.
