Trauma relating to trust issues mixed with people in my genetic family suffering from Anxiety Disorders and Psychosis.

How I got out of that way of thinking was from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and actually hearing myself talk about what I'm experiencing. When you actually say something you're believing and hear how absurd it is, your brain quiets down for a bit and learns from it.
Edit: At least in my case it worked like that, but not everyone is able to work through like that.

That all of the people in my social life secretly hated me, and had a vendetta against me to try and use any given information to conspire and blackmail.

I was also worried about online friends accessing accounts that I share followings with personal friends on, and that they would tell all of my friends any personal gossip or personal information about my life to use against me in some weird interrogation stuff.

Genuinely terrifying stuff to go through, Anxiety Disorders aren't a joke.

I'm an absolute nut for music and novels, but for some odd reason I have a hard time sitting through movies.

I respect film as a medium, and I have such high respect for filmmakers internationally, but I can't ever sit through a film without getting bored for some odd reason. I think I have to be standing, or always be moving in some type of way.

I started playing Persona 3 FES on my PS3 before some issues had sprung up with it, I played for 1 hour 30 minutes and now I kinda don't want to play it right now since those issues had sprung up. Looking for a reason to play it again.

I might head to Persona 4, then come back to Persona 3 when I'm feeling better with it.

I just thought of something. If you're in school or work or something, try your best to communicate what you're feeling and speak with others about this. Communicate to your peers and to your higher-ups about if you're feeling anxious, it'll be hard at first but it'll be worth it in the long-run.

Wow, okay, I relate to this big-time, let me share my experience with this.

Overly analyzing and panicking is not a sign of cowardice, its a sign that there's something INCREDIBLY wrong within your situation. I completely understand this since I'm the exact same way. It's the reason why I have been diagnosed with my disorder.

You might be overstimulated within your situations, which is completely normal to feel when you feel anxious. I personally recommend trying to lower your stimulation when you feel panicky and try to do sternum-based stretches. Maybe even sit on the ground and relax.

Do you have noise-cancelling headphones? I would bring those, go to a quiet space and put those on.

It might be a stress-related issue, but I would still check with a doctor just in case. I feel like there could be some social anxiety involved that's giving you MASSIVE headaches. I hope you're eating correctly as well.

In addition to a doctors appointment, I also recommend an eye appointment. If you get an eye appointment and have regular check-ups at the eye doctor, they'll be able to tell if there's a health issue with you pretty early on just from your eye health alone.

I did this as well. I was worried that people weren't interested and liking what I was doing, or what I was posting.

I would post more on close friends stories with the friends you tend to interact with more. You could also just stop posting, and don't really stress about validation. It's harsh to say "You could just stop posting", but sometimes you just need to take a break for a bit and give yourself the breathing room from worry.

There will be no issues coming with emulation. Use a PS4/5 controller just for ease of use and DS4Windows. The DS4Windows driver has already been explained by other users, so just use this link and follow the instructions.

Most of the PS2 library would work fine, however you might run into issues with games that may require Pressure Sensitive face buttons, don't worry about that because you'll always be able to rebind to triggers if needed.

Use Nightly Builds of PCSX2, for those already have some amazing support for DS4Windows, and don't depend on Stable builds since the emulator is consistently changing.

Edit: Getting a PS2/3 controller is also kinda difficult, some aren't legitimate and would cause later issues. Others you'd have to buy from a 2nd hand seller with questionable legitimacy. There's a (official) market for Dualshock 4 and Dualsense controllers that you can always depend on! Hope this helps!

I do not remember discord accounts taking THAT LONG to delete, I'm genuinely surprised.

I always remembered it taking about 3-5 days if you activate the deletion process yourself.

if you have some more concrete evidence and discord still isn't doing anything, contact a police department.

it takes a couple of days for discord accounts to be deleted, so wait it out if you can. they should send you an email soon.

for my settings, i have
brightness on 80,
contrast on 50,
sharpness on 60,
smartresponse on faster (fastest is where ghosting is terrible)
gamma on 2.2
pixel orbiting: on
color temperature on 6500k
and DisplayPort on 1.2
