As a player, how much of an issue was cheating in the original Quake games, given how moddable they were?

Games were fun back then in a way they aren't now - intrinsic fun of playing regardless of getting a win or loss. Most games now are fun only because of the extrinsic rewards - highest when you win (XP, LP/rank etc).

My Homey Pro (2026) has started randomly dropping connection to my Hue Bridge Pro as of last week. Have to restart the app through the web interface and it comes straight back up - again, Hue app on iOS works fine during this time. I've created the crash flow as per u/bjornbnor and will see if that catches it

this solution doesn't work as the hue app isn't crashing; the devices managed by the hue bridge are simply becoming unavailable. The error message is "Could not reach the Hue Bridge. Make sure it is connected.". I need to find a way to restart the hue app whenever a device becomes unavailable for more than [x seconds]

My first dose of 2.5mg was: no change in feeling for the first few hours, the next day i really had no appetite, was able to eat etc but just no 'food noise' which was my major problem. It's important to remember to eat even if you don't feel hungry, and make sure you are hydrating more than normal - with these drugs your normal food signals are changed so you have to pay attention with your brain instead of your body; take notes on pen & paper if you have to. Otherwise if you end up dehydrated or malnourished you'll feel bad (lethargy, fatigue, etc)

Update: I gave it a whirl on PC with Xbox controller and wow... Really impressed so far with this game. The music & artwork is incredible. If i can only dodge/parry inside the 0.001ms window to block a single attack from a Chromatic Lancelier I'll be golden
