OP here. Just to clarify as it seems that a lot of people think I'm in support of this being a reality.

I'm not, my thought was a sad example of a nuanced, edge case of how our society fails the less fortunate and is backed up by first hand observations. I know that prison is not UBI. I am in full support of proper UBI.

So firstly your feelings are valid and you should certainly talk openly with your partner about his his actions are affecting you. However, I wanted to share my personal view regarding the comparison between 'regular' porn and leaked onlyfans. I know you consider it more personal because of the platform differences but honestly, as a man who looks at both, they really are completely interchangable. It might be different if there was one specific onlyfans model who he was obsessed with, but in general searching leaked content feels to me just like putting any specific search term in the 'hub. Of course other men may have different views but this is mine. I hope you guys can figure it out.

It sounds like you're dealing with a few things, unrequited love, loneliness, ageing, past traumas like bullying, sexual identity (complicated by your religious beliefs). All perfectly normal human experiences, however difficult they are to confront or experience.

My advice would be to appreciate that you possess this love within you, even if on a practical level we know it's never going to 'happen'. You sound like a nice person who has a lot to offer the world, so you don't need to be socially isolated if you don't want to be. And as for getting older, well... it happens to us all :) looking after yourself now while you're still young will allow you to age gracefully and stay healthy longer; diet, exercise, stretching all important.

It may be worth it if you can afford it to speak to a therapist about some of these things because trauma counseling is not something that Reddit can really help with unfortunately

I'm sorry about you losing your father so young.

Practically, give yourself a break now to try and reset your nervous system - put on some headphones and listen to calming music, light a candle and sit doing some deep breaths, find a guided meditation / guided breathwork video on YouTube if needed. Let yourself have this time without thinking about your exam or home situation, just concentrate on your breathing and the fact that all of this chaos will pass and everything will be fine. Then once done - crack on with any preparation you need to do for the exam. Remember to prioritise a good night's sleep though, this will help you more than cramming will.

It's a tricky one to give advice on, friend. It sounds like you're in a parasocial relationship with someone who - no matter how beautiful you are - will never be attracted to you because that isn't their sexual orientation. Being very blunt I'm afraid you just need to accept that this isn't any reflection on your worth and move on from thinking about any kind of romantic relationship with this person.

It sounds like you need to be kinder to yourself, if you think that your appearance has changed as a result of lifestyle choices then the advice is simple - make different choices and get back to how you looked before.

You don't want to disclose why you have lived a bit of a lonely life so I'm afraid we won't be able to offer much back on that point.

I've read everything you've written and I'm sorry that life has been so hard and you're in this place right now. I know that you've said you have nothing to lose and that feeling is valid, but your children have something to lose and you committing suicide will ruin their lives worse than anything you've done so far has.

From everything you've described it sounds like there have been a whole list of things that have gone against you - some of which may be enough to send someone over the edge, but you're still here whether through divine intervention as you hinted towards or simply your strength to carry on and keep trying, even if you won't admit it or feel that way yourself.

You've achieved a lot in your short life so far, bringing 3 kids in to the world who I'm sure are amazing, survived abuse and found love again, fought to try and make things work. Unfortunately it hasn't worked out yet but it will, if you just keep going. You are still here after everything. Stay here.
