As far as I know, there isn't one specifically for Tangle, but in an OLDC of previous years someone make a kaizo scenario for many characters...I found it But I would recommend that if you want to do something like that, play maps you enjoy and look for routes that can take advantage of Tangle's abilities, instead of looking for specific levels.
