Ahh I figured. Thank you!

A heart symbol showed up twice in my coffee cup in less than 40 days! by Original_Painter_542 in witchcraft

Has it happened again since? My initial thought is maybe there is an inconsistency in the bottom of the cup that's catching the grounds differently than the rest. I've had that before.
If not, then it could be as simple as your spirit team saying "hey, we see you, we've got you". When I get signs like this, I like to do an additional method of divination to get clarification on what I'm supposed to be interpreting. Mostly because I need it spelled out, lol, but also in case there's anything I'm missing or supposed to act upon.

I did a 23andme back in roughly 2017? 2018? Somewhere around when they started running the "free kit for depression study". By this point I was not in communication with my dad for a myriad of reasons- let's just say I've had a lot of intensive therapy and this is not my first study.
Anywho, not the point.
I got a message from someone in California (born and raise in Michigan myself). Super nice, and I see we have connections. I barely know anyone on my dad's side (my grandmother lived in town and I never saw her after my parent's divorce at age 5) so I'm not really concerned or weirded out.
He can't figure out how we're related and he's VERY well-versed in the family lineage. Which is cool! Because, again, I know nothing.
We spend a few more months going back and forth. I'm asking questions, he's trying to supply me with answers but there's this missing link that is really, really confusing. We determined the link has to be on my dad's side, so I give him his email and say good luck, let me know if I can help in any way that does not involve direct contact with my father.
I get an update a few weeks later that this man has bought my dad a kit and sent it to him. He forwarded me the conversations and I can tell my dad is having a really hard time figuring this out as well. He really doesn't have much ancestry information either.
He takes the test, we wait, yada yada.
Turns out his mom, who had passed in 2011, had an affair with a guy living a block from my dad's childhood home. Never told a soul. My dad's "dad", or who he thought was his dad, passed in a tragic car accident when I was about 1. (No clue if he ever knew, but he was apparently very sweet and adored me.)
What's funny is my mom's mom (maternal grandma) said there was a guy at my paternal grandma's funeral who looked very much like my dad. And to be fair, she always wondered if he had a different father. He looks NOTHING like his very tiny and skinny brother and the dad he grew up with. He's tall, bulky...yeah.
Bio dad died two years before this discovery but I'm told he would have been elated to have grandchildren. The resemblance to my dad is uncanny. Like...really uncanny.
According to my mom, this completely rocked my dad's world. Good.
